Delivery Information:

Please allow up to FIVE working days for delivery. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. In addition to the free delivery for standard delivery, additional delivery charges will apply to orders that weigh more than 2kg. If this applies to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the additional cost.

    • Standard Delivery for UK Orders under £20

      The charge for this service is £2.99

    • Express Delivery for UK Orders

      The charge for this service is £4.99
      We aim to deliver all Experess Delivery on next working day with Recorded Signed For. Please allow up to THREE working days for delivery of your order to a UK address. Delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom may take up to SEVEN working days from the date of despatch. In addition to the standard delivery charges listed below, additional delivery charges will apply to orders that weigh more than 2kg. If this applies to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the additional cost.
    • Next Day Delivery for UK Orders before 3PM

      The charge for this service is £6.75
      This service guarantees delivery of your item to 98% of the UK by the next working day. Please allow up to THREE working days for delivery of your order to a UK address Delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom may take up to seven working days from the date of despatch. In addition to the standard delivery charges listed below, additional delivery charges will apply to orders that weigh more than 2kg. If this applies to your order we will contact you by email to inform you of the additional cost.
    • Delivery for EU & Ireland Orders

      The charge for this service is £7.95. We will contact you via email or telephone if your order is over 2kg and we will charge according to postage charges.
    • Delivery for International Orders

      We offer a flat rate international P&P charge of £12. We will contact you via email or telephone if your order is over 2kg and we will charge according to postage charges.

    Where possible we aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 24 hours (on week days and subject to stock availability). If there is to be any considerable delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the email address you provided when placing your order is incorrect, if your email is down, or for late delivery due to bank or public holidays or postal strikes.

    Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Chelsea Health Store LTD will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Chelsea Health Store LTD will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs.

    During the check-out procedure you must specify a legitimate delivery address, and we will arrange for delivery of your order to the address specified by you during the check-out procedure. For security purposes and fraud prevention during the check-out procedure the name and address specified on your first order must be the name and address of the card holder. We cannot be held responsible if your order is cancelled or delivery of your order delayed due to this information being incorrect.

    Refunds & Returns

    You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.If you cancel an order please contact us at customercare@chelseahealthstore.com and return the goods unopened.We shall then make a refund on the credit/debit card account used to make the payment.

    Refunds is only given on items that are returned unopened but not the postage. Our Company policy is to send your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays by the postal services. If for some reason we are unable to post your order then we will e-mail or telephone you.

    If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order and we'll pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase.

    If a package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order, less shipping.

    Items that are not Returnable or Exchangeable

    • Any item that is not returned within 14 days of shipment.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Make sure the items are properly packed to prevent damage in transit. (We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.)
    • Once we receive the goods back and have inspected them, we will either refund your payment (using the same payment type you used to pay for your order) or replace the goods depending up on your request.
